Convivium Partners recommends the Retainer Search Plan for achieving maximum results for executive level assignments (Board, C-Suite level, Executive VP, VP, Partner, Managing Director), multiple search assignments, international recruiting or for establishing a Search Partnering Program to support your internal human capital initiatives.

 

The Retainer Search Plan will provide your organization with:

·                     Designated Convivium Partners’ Search Relationship ManagerÔ (SRM) for the duration of the retained search assignment

·                     Development of the search strategy with your hiring managers

·                     Selection and supervision of the research team

·                     Selection, pre-screen, interview and assistance in the negotiation and closure of final candidates

·                     SRM will participate in all client meetings, produce status reports and updates as requested by your management team

·                     Provide in-depth written assessments of all final candidates

·                     Perform personal and business reference checks

·                     Coordinate all candidates submitted for the assignment from other Convivium Partners’ Associates nationally and internationally

Convivium Partners’ retainer search plan provides additional value to your organization’s human capital investment by including Executive Coaching services for the newly hired executive for a period of 3 months after the hire date.  The Executive will receive Assimilation Coaching resulting in a more rewarding assimilation of your executive into the organizational culture as well as ensuring more expedient return on your organization’s search investment.

Our professional fee for the retained search plan is billed as a retainer for professional services. The first installment is due upon the commencement of the search assignment. All candidate and consultant travel expenses will be billed separately.

Convivium Partners Contract Recruiting Services plan provides the expertise of our Search Professionals for long term, on-site or off-site support to your internal recruiting teams’ efforts or to supplement your recruiting staff during periods of peak hiring or your recruiting teams’ absences.  Our professionals partner with you and work in alignment with your internal recruiting processes and procedures.  Working in partnership with our search professionals ensures seamless alignment of goals and expectations and helps to meet budgetary guidelines and hiring timeframes.   Your entire organization benefits from attracting and retaining the best talent for the 21st century!
